Satya Life Studio LLC ("Satya," "we," "us," or "our") is the legal entity that owns and operates Satya and its components, offerings, proprietary materials, and associated trade names, subject to applicable third-party rights.

Satya is organized into two primary, separate-and-equal components: Life Studio and Living Systems. "Life Studio" identifies one component of Satya and is not a legal entity separate from Satya Life Studio LLC. "Living Systems" identifies the other primary component and likewise is not a separate legal entity, company, partnership, or operator.

Satya Living Architecture is a registered assumed name of Satya Life Studio LLC. Use of that assumed name does not create a separate legal entity or alter the identity of the owner and operator, Satya Life Studio LLC.

These provisions apply across Satya's website and services unless a particular offering expressly states additional or different terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to create a Satya account or use paid Satya services.

Your inquiry is yours. Your notes are yours. Your original writing is yours.

As between you and Satya, you retain the rights you hold in original material you submit or create. Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, you may use, revise, publish, and build upon Synthesis output provided to you. You are responsible for reviewing that output and for the final work in which you use it.

Nothing in these provisions transfers ownership of Satya itself. Satya Life Studio LLC retains all rights it holds in the Satya platform and business, including its architecture, methodologies, taxonomies, pathway structures, frameworks, software, interfaces, designs, visual systems, documentation, original explanatory materials, branding, names, marks, and other proprietary material. Except as expressly permitted in writing by the Founder and Owner of Satya Life Studio LLC or by applicable law, users may not reproduce, systematically extract, scrape, reverse engineer, decompile, commercially replicate, create datasets from, use to train or develop models from, or recreate Satya’s proprietary architecture, frameworks, taxonomies, visual systems, software, documentation, or other protected materials. These restrictions do not limit a user’s rights in the user’s own inquiry, notes, original writing, or permitted use of Synthesis output.

Where you make substantive use of permitted Satya materials or Synthesis output in external work, you should appropriately acknowledge Satya.

4.1 Data minimization

Satya is designed around data minimization. We seek to collect and retain only information reasonably necessary to provide, secure, administer, and improve the services, fulfill user requests, maintain accounts and subscriptions, prevent abuse, and satisfy legal obligations.

4.2 Information we may process

Account and authentication information necessary to create, secure, and administer an account.

Subscription and transaction records necessary to provide paid access. Payment-card processing is handled through the applicable payment processor; Satya does not need to retain full payment-card numbers where the processor handles them.

Technical, operational, and security information reasonably necessary to operate, troubleshoot, protect, and prevent abuse of the services.

Content that a user intentionally submits through an inquiry, Synthesis, contact request, support request, or other interactive feature.

4.3 Inquiry and Synthesis content

Satya distinguishes ordinary account and operational data from the substantive content of a user's inquiry. Satya is designed to minimize retention of substantive inquiry content.

Where saved Notes or Synthesis functionality is used, saved Notes and Syntheses are stored encrypted and associated with the authenticated user's account. Account-level access controls restrict access by other users. Encryption keys are maintained within Satya's secured service infrastructure, allowing saved work to remain accessible across authenticated sessions and devices. Users may also use available Download or Export functionality for material they need to preserve.

Inquiry-related information may necessarily be processed or temporarily retained by infrastructure or AI service providers in order to provide the requested service. Satya does not represent that no inquiry-related information ever passes through third-party infrastructure.

4.4 AI processing

Where Satya uses an AI provider through a business or API arrangement, provider handling is governed by the applicable business/API configuration and provider terms. Satya does not represent that provider-side retention is zero. Satya seeks to use configurations that minimize provider-side retention where reasonably available.

4.5 Uses and service providers

Satya may use information to provide and secure the services; authenticate users; administer subscriptions and access; respond to support, privacy, or legal requests; prevent fraud, credential attacks, scraping, unauthorized access, prompt-injection or system-extraction attempts; enforce these Terms; and comply with law.

Satya may use service providers for infrastructure, authentication, databases, payments, communications, security, analytics where used, and AI functionality. Information may be provided to those parties only as reasonably necessary for the services they perform and subject to their applicable obligations.

Mailing Lists and Updates. If you sign up to receive updates from Satya or Life Studio, we collect the email address you provide and use it to send the updates you requested. You may unsubscribe at any time.

4.6 Retention, deletion and export

Satya intends to retain personal information only for so long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it is maintained, including account administration, security, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and enforcement. Available export and deletion mechanisms may vary by data type and product functionality. Copies downloaded or stored by a user are controlled by that user.

4.7 Security

Satya may use encrypted transport and storage, access controls, multifactor authentication where available, authorization rules, rate limits, security logging, and other safeguards appropriate to the system. No electronic system can be guaranteed to eliminate all risk, and Satya does not promise absolute security, confidentiality, availability, or recoverability.

5.1 Acceptance and accounts

By creating an account, purchasing access, or using the services, you agree to the provisions applicable to your use. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity conducted through your account.

5.2 Nature of Satya

AI LIMITATIONS. Satya uses artificial intelligence and computational synthesis. Outputs may contain errors, omissions, outdated information, unsupported connections, inaccurate citations, or other inaccuracies. Satya does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, reliability, availability, or fitness of AI-generated or synthesized output for any particular purpose. Users are responsible for evaluating and independently verifying information before relying on it, particularly where a decision may have material consequences.

Satya is an inquiry, evidence-navigation, mapping, and synthesis environment. It is designed to help users examine information, relationships, uncertainty, competing explanations, and possible implications. Outputs may be incomplete, mistaken, or unsuitable for a particular purpose and must be evaluated accordingly.

5.3 Professional and high-stakes use

Satya does not provide medical diagnosis or therapy and is not a substitute for licensed medical, mental-health, legal, financial, emergency, or other professional services. Users remain responsible for obtaining appropriate professional advice and independently verifying information before relying on it in consequential decisions.

5.4 Service changes and access restrictions

Satya may modify features, limits, interfaces, or technical implementation. Satya may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, maintenance, fraud prevention, or material breach of these Terms.

Satya supports inquiry; it does not convert synthesis into unquestionable authority.

Legitimate inquiry and research are permitted. Access to Satya does not grant permission to extract, reproduce, reconstruct, train on, or commercially replicate Satya’s protected architecture, methods, frameworks, or content.

6.1 Research principle

Research with Satya -> examine the synthesis -> follow the evidence -> develop your argument -> write or export with appropriate attribution.

6.2 Evidence discipline

The system distinguishes levels of evidentiary support.

Evidence and synthesis should remain distinguishable. A Synthesis is an organized interpretation and is not a substitute for the underlying evidence.

Relevant conflicting, null, adverse, or limiting evidence should not be concealed merely because it complicates a synthesis.

Competing explanations may remain parallel when the evidence does not justify collapsing them into one conclusion.

The absence of a warranted relationship or evidentiary bond may itself be an appropriate result.

6.3 Sources and academic use

Users should examine important underlying sources and cite original sources where appropriate rather than treating a Satya Synthesis as a substitute citation. Users are responsible for checking factual claims, quotations, citations, and source suitability.

Academic institutions, journals, employers, grant programs, and other organizations may require disclosure or acknowledgment of substantive AI assistance. Users are responsible for complying with rules applicable to their work.

6.4 Human judgment

Satya may help make evidence, relationships, uncertainty, and possible implications visible. Satya does not determine for a user what matters most, what values the user must hold, or what conclusion the user must reach.

Paid Living Systems access is purchased for a twelve (12)-month term and automatically renews for successive twelve-month terms unless canceled before the applicable renewal date.

Payments are non-refundable once charged, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

Satya does not provide refunds or credits for unused time, unused Syntheses, failure to use the service, dissatisfaction with a Synthesis or other output, or technical or compatibility issues.

Cancellation prevents the next automatic renewal. It does not terminate the current paid term or generate a prorated refund. Access remains available through the end of the paid term, subject to these Terms.

A user who believes a charge was duplicated or processed in billing error must contact admin@satyalifestudio.com within seven (7) days after the charge appears. Satya will investigate the reported billing issue. This seven-day period is for reporting billing errors and is not a trial, cancellation, or refund period. Nothing in this provision limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

Before purchase, users will be shown the applicable price, twelve-month term, automatic-renewal status, material cancellation and non-refund terms, and a direct link to the applicable Terms and Policies. Where supported by the checkout system, Satya may require affirmative acceptance of the Terms before payment is completed.

Reserved.

Life Studio products and commercial offerings are still in development. Product-specific purchase, delivery, cancellation, and refund terms will be established before those products are offered for sale. No general Life Studio refund commitment is established by this document.

Users may not:

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, databases, administrative functions, credentials, keys, or restricted systems.

Bypass authentication, entitlements, subscription limits, rate limits, or other access controls.

Scrape, extract, copy, or automate access in a manner that materially burdens the services, circumvents controls, or appropriates protected Satya materials.

Attempt to obtain confidential system prompts, non-public security configurations, credentials, keys, or other protected system information.

Introduce malicious code; poison data or retrieval systems; exploit prompt injection; or manipulate model or tool behavior to compromise Satya, its users, or third parties.

Use the services for unlawful conduct, fraud, impersonation, infringement, or violation of another person's rights.

Satya may investigate suspected incidents, preserve appropriate security records, require credential resets or additional authentication, and temporarily restrict affected accounts where reasonably necessary. Satya Life Studio LLC may also restrict, suspend, or terminate access and pursue applicable contractual, intellectual-property, equitable, or other lawful remedies for misuse, infringement, unauthorized access or extraction, or service abuse.

Satya Life Studio LLC owns the rights it holds in Satya and its proprietary materials. Neither a subscription nor use of a Synthesis grants ownership of Satya's underlying platform, architecture, methods, software, interfaces, branding, visual systems, or proprietary documentation.

Except as expressly permitted in writing by the Founder and Owner of Satya Life Studio LLC or by applicable law, these rights are not licensed for unauthorized reproduction, copying, systematic extraction or scraping, reverse engineering, reconstruction or replication of Satya’s proprietary architecture or frameworks, commercial replication, creation of derivative competing systems based on protected Satya materials, or use in datasets, AI or model training, or machine learning.

Third-party publications, quotations, images, datasets, trademarks, and other materials remain subject to the rights of their respective owners. Satya cannot grant rights it does not possess.

Satya Life Studio LLC is organized in Tennessee. These Terms are governed by applicable Tennessee law, subject to any non-waivable law that applies to a user.

Satya may revise these Terms, Privacy, or Policy provisions as its services, technology, offerings, or legal obligations change. The effective date identifies the current version. Where required by law or appropriate in light of a material change, Satya will provide additional notice.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SATYA AND THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” SATYA DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION, EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT A WARRANTY CANNOT LAWFULLY BE DISCLAIMED.

Living Systems supports inquiry and synthesis; it does not make decisions for users. Use of Living Systems does not create a medical, therapeutic, legal, financial, academic-advisory, fiduciary, or other professional relationship. No particular conclusion, insight, improvement, outcome, or result is guaranteed. Users remain responsible for their decisions, actions, verification of information, and appropriate consultation with qualified professionals.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SATYA LIFE STUDIO LLC AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, REVENUE, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES OR RELIANCE ON OUTPUTS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES OR LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Satya Life Studio LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from third-party claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the services, your infringement or violation of another person’s rights, or your material breach of these Terms. This provision does not require indemnification for liability that applicable law places on Satya and does not waive non-waivable consumer rights.

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law. Satya’s failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of its right to do so later. Users may not assign or transfer their accounts or contractual rights without Satya’s consent where consent may lawfully be required. Satya may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, reorganization, sale of assets, financing, or other lawful business transaction. These Terms, together with incorporated policies and any offering-specific terms presented at purchase, constitute the agreement governing the applicable service. Required notices may be provided electronically, including through the service or to the email address associated with the account, where permitted by law.

Satya is not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including widespread network, hosting, infrastructure, utility, governmental, natural-disaster, labor, or third-party service disruptions, subject to applicable law.
